Juan Pedro Bandera Rubio is currently
a Visiting Researcher in Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Control Centre (ARICC),
Singapore Polytechnic. He is a PhD student in
Electronic Technology Department of Malaga University, Spain. His work there
is related to Imitation and Learning Algorithms for Humanoid Robots. The main
subject of his current research is the construction of geometric models used
into Humanoid Perception Systems for Human Motion Imitation.
During his three months training
period in Singapore, Juan Pedro will work in Robo-Erectus Vision System. He will
also help in the development of a Locomotion System for a Pioneer P3 Robot.
